Dear Golfers,
Thank you to all those that participated in the TaylorMade demo day last Friday, there were some great results, and all the golfers that took part have seen an improvement in distance and accuracy over the products they are currently using. So well done, and to those that missed out, you can still get custom fitted by myself using the GC2 and all the demo products that we have in stock. Remember a fitted golf club is fitted specifically for you and your swing, meaning much better results over standard products. Just give us a call and I'll be happy to improve your game, or click here to get in touch to request a fitting.
This week is the turn of Callaway, they will be here on Friday 11th from 1-6pm. I still have some appointments free, but they're disappearing fast so please contact me as soon as possible to make sure you get one. Click here to request your fitting slot.
Callaway have a very strong product range this year including the famous Big Bertha, so if you fancy a few more yards on your drives, or a more forgiving iron to hit those greens in two, then book in and let Callaway help you achieve your golfing goals.
Srixon will also be here on Friday doing ball fittings, so turn up a little earlier for your game this week, it only takes 10 minutes, but in that time you could find the best ball for your game. So with all this coming up just before the start of the season, make sure you take advantage and make 2014 the year you really improve your golf.
The next time you miss a makeable putt, give yourself a break. Boffins tell us that on an 8ft putt, your blade has only to be one degree open or shut at impact for the ball to miss the hole.
Putter makers realise this, of course, and our shop selection employs the latest aim-enhancing designs and cosmetics. Some like to see down-the-line assistance; others find squaring-up markings more useful. Today's ranges cater for both. If you've never considered which suits your eye, we'd urge you to. Better still, come and talk to us about it. It could save you a lot of lip-out pain.
Also, consider how well you strike the putt. A heel strike closes the blade; a toe strike opens it. The putter's length plays a role here. A good length allows a set-up that promotes a solid, centred strike. The best way to ensure you get this right is to pay us a visit. We'll be delighted to help.
