Hello golfers,
A few weeks ago I spoke to you via this email newsletter about making sure you are prepared for your golfing trips with the right travel bags to protect your clubs. I also included a few tips on how to add some additional tips on traveling with your clubs to ensure the clubs are as safe as possible.
One of my tips was on making sure your golf equipment was correctly insured. Well as a result of a recent event I thought it was work reminding you of the value of having the right insureance for your game.
As many of you know my dad Richard who helps out here in the shop with me has been on a trip to Australia. Well he arrived back to the UK this moring with a badly broken leg and I am sure you'll all wish him a speedy recovery so I can get out and see the odd game between now and the end of the season.
But injuries like this can occur on golf courses too as well as all the other risks associated with playing golf. The errant shot by a fellow golfer hitting you or a wide hook or slice hitting someone else. All of these accidents can be covered with the right insurance. How about that perfect fluke; a hole-in-one, this can be an expensive cost too. And consider the problems of being away on a golfing trip an having your equipment stolen, damaged in transit or worse an injury suffered abroad.
I therefore urge you to look at insurance plans such as the ones available from Golf Plan.
