The wait is over

Graeme McDowell ended a near-six-year European Tour drought by battling through a blustery final day at Royal Greens Golf and Country Club to win by two from defending champion Dustin Johnson.

The likes of Phil Mickelson, Brooks Koepka, and Patrick Reed (along with Dustin Johnson) were just some of the star names skipping the PGA Tour’s stop at the Waste Management Phoenix Open (won by Webb Simpson) in favour of the Saudi International, but none could match McDowell’s winning 12-under-par.

The win sees the Northern Irishman move back into the world’s top fifty with one eye firmly on adding to his major tally in 2020.

If you think about it; which club in your bag do you use the most during your round?

Driver? Maybe 10-12 times per round.
